01 — Why we built it

We lived with the gap before we built the fix.

In regulated industries, document access is under scrutiny. Roles changed in Dynamics 365 every week, but SharePoint permissions stayed where they were. Closing the gap meant manual reconciliation, audits prepared under time pressure and no evidence trail that held across both systems. NIS2 turned that gap into a management liability.

Dynamics 365 and Power Platform architect with more than ten years of delivery, from software engineer to principal consultant. Architect and delivery lead on large Dynamics 365 projects, and advises customers on Copilot in Dynamics 365. At Doclave he owns architecture, security and operations.

Nicholas Moesby Tinggaard

Digital transformation and delivery leader with a strong people focus and more than 16 years of experience delivering business-critical Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for more than 30 organisations across banking, insurance, energy and the public sector. Known for a down-to-earth, pragmatic approach, whether building high-performing delivery teams or guiding clients through complex change in highly regulated environments. Focused on solutions that work in practice and create real business value. At Doclave he leads customers, partnerships and delivery.
